Need a fast, portable workout when you’re on the go?

From personal experience doing a lot of travel, I know it can be tough finding the time and place to squeeze in a workout when you are on the road.

I was thrilled to stumble into this 7-minute workout routine that uses nothing more than your body to get your heart pumping and limbs moving.  Simply repeat the exercises and you can go for 20 or 30 minutes or even more, whatever works.
